Responsibilities
- Evaluate business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Gather and document business requirements using interviews, workshops, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, and other techniques.
- Perform data gathering, analysis, mapping, and visualization.
- Develop business cases, functional specifications, and process documentation.
- Conduct gap analysis and collaborate with architects and developers.
- Estimate project effort and evaluate vendor releases.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Participate in technical solution design and peer reviews.
- Develop process models, diagrams, workflows, and requirement specifications.
- Support Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to junior team members.
- Analyze incidents and business impacts.
- Support business analysts and test analysts as needed.
- Participate in on-call and after-hours support.
Qualifications
- BS or BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- 7–10 years of related Business Systems Analysis experience.
