Job Description:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience gathering business requirements, stakeholder management, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in fast-paced enterprise environments and partnering with business, product, and technical teams.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of Business Analyst experience
- Strong experience with requirement gathering and documentation
- Expertise in business process analysis and workflow optimization
- Experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and process flows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with enterprise applications and digital transformation projects
- Knowledge of SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Salary : $50 - $60
