🔹 Must-Have Skills:
✅ 5 years of Salesforce Administration & Development (Sales/Service Cloud)
✅ Salesforce Configuration – Flows, Reports, Dashboards, Record Types, Permission Sets, Roles, Profiles, Sharing Rules & Territory Management
✅ Hands-on experience with OmniStudio & OmniScripts
✅ Experience enhancing Apex Classes & Batch Jobs
✅ Strong troubleshooting skills with Lightning Web Components (LWC)
✅ Salesforce deployments using Copado & GitHub
✅ 2–3 years of ServiceNow (Incident, Problem & Change Management)
✅ Experience debugging integrations involving REST APIs, Platform Events, Streaming APIs & Informatica/ETL
✅ Data Architecture & Data Migration experience
