Important Requirement

Candidates must be local to the Triangle Region of North Carolina (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). This position requires regular onsite presence in Raleigh, NC.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Power BI Dashboard Developer to support enterprise reporting, dashboard development, workspace administration, and data visualization initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Power BI, SQL performance tuning, data modeling, Databricks integration, and customer-facing support.

This role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Power BI solutions that support enterprise reporting, operational visibility, and business decision-making across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and support Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and prototypes.

• Build enterprise-grade data models, DAX measures, KPIs, and visualizations.

• Integrate Power BI solutions with Databricks and other enterprise data platforms.

• Optimize SQL queries, report performance, and dataset refresh processes.

• Administer Power BI workspaces, governance policies, user permissions, and security access.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish reporting standards and visualization best practices.

• Provide support for workspace access requests, data connectivity issues, and reporting enhancements.

• Conduct user training sessions, workshops, and webinars on Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.

• Ensure consistency in dashboard design, governance, and reporting methodologies across business units.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while providing exceptional customer support.
