Field Service Technician
We’re seeking a Field Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair of UPS systems, Power Distribution Units, and Battery Systems (2–120 KVA). This hands-on role supports customers across retail, financial, and municipal sectors, ensuring reliable power and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair electrical and power systems
- Diagnose, test, and service UPS and battery equipment
- Provide on-site and remote technical support
- Complete service reports accurately and follow safety standards
- Represent the company with professionalism and customer focus
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical, or related field (preferred)
- 0–3 years of field service or electrical/mechanical experience (military experience a plus)
- Solid understanding of electrical systems and diagnostic tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license; local travel required
