Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with organizational goals, focusing on increasing brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize all digital channels including social media platforms, website content management systems such as WordPress, and e-commerce sites to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Utilize SEO tools and conduct keyword research to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance content visibility.
- Implement conversion optimization techniques across digital assets to maximize ROI through A/B testing, user experience improvements, and performance analytics.
- Oversee social media marketing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter; manage social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
- Design compelling visual content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic graphic design principles to support marketing campaigns.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns using Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and SEM strategies to target specific audiences effectively.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics, SQL queries, and other analytics tools; generate reports to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate email marketing initiatives utilizing marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, developers, and sales to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
- Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, emerging social media platforms, and new technologies such as JavaScript or HTML/CSS enhancements for web optimization.
- Lead efforts in performance marketing by continuously refining strategies based on data insights; optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.
- Support B2B marketing initiatives by tailoring content and campaigns that resonate with professional audiences within the organization’s target markets.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing digital channels within a fast-paced environment; demonstrated success in increasing engagement metrics and conversion rates.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google Ads (including AdWords), and marketing automation platforms.
- Hands-on experience with content management systems such as WordPress; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is highly desirable.
- Skilled in content creation including copywriting for web pages, blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
- Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite or Sprout Social) along with a deep understanding of social media advertising strategies on Facebook Advertising and other platforms.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets using SQL or similar tools; translate insights into actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
- Strong graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite; ability to produce visually appealing assets quickly.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales funnels; experience optimizing online shopping experiences is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications or related field preferred; relevant certifications such as Google Ads Certification or HubSpot Inbound Marketing are advantageous.
