Duties
- Collaborate with clients to understand their content management needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, configure, and customize CMS platforms to meet specific project requirements, ensuring optimal performance and usability.
- Integrate CMS systems with other enterprise applications and third-party tools to streamline workflows and enhance functionality.
- Conduct thorough testing of CMS implementations to identify issues and ensure smooth deployment across various environments.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing CMS platforms, troubleshooting issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Develop comprehensive documentation including system architecture, user guides, and best practices for content management processes.
- Train clients’ teams on CMS functionalities, content workflows, and administrative procedures to maximize platform utilization.
- Stay current with emerging trends in quantum engineering as it relates to content management innovations and incorporate relevant advancements into solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in implementing and managing popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, or enterprise solutions like Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager.
- Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and API integrations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders and providing clear training or documentation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of quantum engineering principles is highly desirable to leverage cutting-edge innovations within content management systems.
