Responsibilities
- Demonstrates a high lever of abilities such as:
- Quality Control: Ensure all submissions and items meet quality standards, including digital asset presentation, completeness of descriptions, formatting, and transferability of assets.
- Quality Control: Enforce operating practices, review Data Capture Checklists, and update training materials and protocols as necessary to maintain quality standards.
- Compliance: Review and assess contracts, titles, and other legal documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Item Ownership and Marketability: Guarantee the marketability and clear ownership path of each asset listed on purplewave.com.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with team members to achieve daily tasks and departmental objectives within a self-forming and cross-functional team environment.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as a recognized expert in Purple Wave core assets. Researching new asset attributes and developing technologies and the creation and maintenance of training materials for existing and new attributes to be listed on purplewave.com.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Assume a leadership role within the team, mentoring teammates, coaching as necessary, and ensuring efficient task completion to meet departmental goals.
- Process Improvement: Facilitate process inspection, identify impediments, and lead efforts to adapt and maximize team performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Communication Monitoring: Monitor communication channels to provide immediate responses to questions and issues, particularly those related to field operations.
- Standardization and Change Leadership: Lead standardization efforts and drive change across the team and department to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Outcome-Focused Approach: Work with a focus on outcomes and understanding the larger organizational picture to ensure alignment with broader goals.

- Requires the ability to successfully complete a background check.
- Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt, eligible for overtime.
- Office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday, overtime may be required to achieve due dates. Overtime is compensated in accordance with US Department of Labor requirements.
- Based in the Purple Wave satellite office in Copart Towers, 14185 Dallas Pkwy #400, Dallas, TX 75254.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Hourly rate varies based on experience and qualifications, but typically ranges from $22.00 per hour to $24.50 per hour and is paid bi-weekly.
- Monthly Bonus Program - determined by the Company’s monthly revenue result and are paid on a “percent to plan” payout formula (90% = $300, 100% = $600, 110% = $900, 120% = $1,200).
- Health, Dental, and Vision starting the first of the month following start date.
- 401(k) plan with an employer match up to 4% starting the first day of employment.
- Company-paid Life Insurance benefit of $25,000 with options to add more through employee contribution starting the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
- Fully paid Short-Term Disability provided by the Company.
- Personal Time Off (PTO) annual amount of 120 hours which is prorated based on the number of days between the 60th day of employment and the end of the calendar year.
