At the center of its next phase of growth is KidFit — a youth fitness and movement program focused on helping kids build confidence, strength, and lifelong healthy habits.
TrYumph Fitness focuses on supporting families as a whole — helping kids build healthy habits early while empowering adults to improve their own health, with the goal of addressing childhood obesity in the community.
KidFit works closely with families, schools, and homeschool communities, creating a strong local network and meaningful impact.
We are hiring a Sales Associate to lead the growth of the KidFit youth program, while also supporting adult membership sales.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with parents (especially moms), kids, and community groups, and is excited to build local relationships that drive enrollment and real impact.
- Build relationships with parents, homeschool co-ops, and local schools
- Develop community partnerships and outreach opportunities
- Drive enrollment in KidFit programs
- Respond to inbound leads (calls, text, email)
- Book consultations and intro sessions
- Convert prospects into members (youth adult programs)
- Represent KidFit & TrYumph at local events
- Engage with families and generate new leads
- Track pipeline and follow-ups in CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Maintain organized communication and daily activity tracking
- Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Comfortable working with families, parents, and children
- Community-oriented and proactive
- Organized and results-driven
- Passionate about health, fitness, or youth development
- Sales or membership experience
- Fitness, wellness, or boutique gym background
- Experience with schools, youth programs, or community outreach
- Monday – Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 1:30 PM
- One weekend off per month
- Base: $24,000 Commission (OTE up to $65K)
