This is a split desk recruiting role focused on the front end:
- Identify and engage freight talent (1099 agents & W-2 sales reps)
- Start real conversations (not spam)
- Pre-qualify candidates (experience, book, goals)
- Hand off qualified candidates for placement and closing
You focus on finding and connecting.
We handle the backend.
