Purple Moon Early Learning Center in Northglenn, CO is looking for a passionate and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood team! Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum aligned with early childhood development standards
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment for preschool-aged children
- Monitor and document child development milestones and progress
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding child growth and daily activities
- Supervise children during classroom activities, meals, and outdoor play
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to support whole-child learning goals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally stimulating classroom space
Requirements:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Previous experience working with preschool or early childhood-aged children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Current or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
- Must pass required background check
- Warm, patient, and enthusiastic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
