Required- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum of eight (8) years' experience in a SCADA or team leadership role.
- Experience with ClearSCADA, AutoSol, Kepware and OPC protocol.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priority.
- Strong knowledge of SCADA and industrial communication protocols, including OPC, Modbus, DNP3, MQTT, and related OT systems.
- Experience with enterprise data platforms and analytics tools, including Databricks, SQL, Python, Power BI, and cloud-based data architectures.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex OT data issues, including data quality problems, communication failures, and system integration challenges.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to translate operational requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Needs basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Application and PC skills.
- Demonstrates knowledge of network operations and telecommunications.
- Possesses extensive SQL experience and capabilities.
- Possesses demonstrable understanding of various Flow Computer Protocols.
- Experience in the energy industry.
