- SOX controls
- Experience processing equity transactions in Workday Payroll.
- Federal and multi-state payroll tax expertise.
- W-2 and W-2c processing.
- Payroll SOX compliance.
- Basic Australia payroll knowledge including superannuation and third-party payroll preparation.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Payroll team leadership experience.
- Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini to improve payroll operations.
