We are hiring a Production Supervisor to manage daily manufacturing operations, supervise production employees, and drive performance in safety, quality, productivity, and KPIs on 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead manufacturing production teams
- Manage daily production schedules and workflow
- Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Monitor KPIs (safety, quality, efficiency, output)
- Train, coach, and evaluate production employees
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and company policies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3–4 years production or manufacturing supervisory experience
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing / ISO / Six Sigma
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overtime as required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Manufacturing / plant floor environment

- 1st Shift
- Up to 10% travel
Pay: $103,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
