Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise CI (VOS) coordinators.
- Drive VOS standards, policies, and continuous improvement activities.
- Lead improvement projects focused on safety, quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Provide VOS training, communication, and coaching across the plant.
- Conduct process analysis, performance measurement, and reporting.
- Partner with regional/global VOS leaders to deploy CI strategy.
- Coach leaders and teams to build Lean capabilities and achieve improvement targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years of Lean/Six Sigma or CI experience.
- Lean/Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience leading teams and implementing CI programs.
Work Environment
- Office and manufacturing floor; requires use of PPE.
- Ability to work in temperatures 60°F–95°F.
- Travel: <5%
