Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily standups with development teams to track progress, identify blockers, and drive issue resolution.
- Lead crossfunctional teams and guide them toward achieving project goals and delivery commitments.
Stakeholder Management
- Engage with stakeholders regularly to gather feedback, refine priorities, and align on expectations.
- Communicate complex technical details in a clear and understandable manner to nontechnical stakeholders.
Planning & Execution
- Analyze performance metrics, project data, and outcomes to adjust timelines, strategies, and sprint plans.
- Own backlog refinement and prioritize product backlog based on business goals, user feedback, and market trends.
Decision Support & Problem Solving
- Use analytical skills to interpret data and make informed project decisions.
- Identify gaps, risks, and challenges and craft innovative solutions to keep projects on track.
Continuous Improvement
- Ensure documentation, project tracking, and reporting are up to date.
