ROLE_DESCRIPTION - Lead BI Architect with experience in BO, Crystal Reports and Tableau. Able to design and implement the architecture for business intelligence solutions, creating data models and data warehouses to support an organization's reporting and data analysis needs. Key responsibilities include developing data models, ensuring data integration across systems, guiding strategic BI goals, and overseeing the technical aspects of BI projects. This role requires strong technical expertise in areas like data warehousing, ETL processes, and analytics tools, as well as collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Design and development: Architect and design data models, data warehouses, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, Understand current reports and develop new using Tableau in Redshift/AWS.
Technical leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership for BI projects, ensuring the scalability, security, and efficiency of data systems.
Strategic planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement strategic BI goals and initiatives that align with business objectives.
Integration: Lead the integration of BI platforms with other enterprise systems and applications.
