Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale Appian applications.
- Design scalable, secure, and high-performance Appian solutions using Appian best practices.
- Build and integrate Appian applications with Data Fabric, enterprise applications, APIs, and relational databases.
- Design and implement cloud-native integration solutions leveraging AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, S3, and RDS.
- Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to define solution architecture and implementation roadmaps.
- Drive Appian platform enhancements, modernization initiatives, and automation strategies.
- Establish architecture standards, development guidelines, governance, and coding best practices.
- Mentor Appian developers, conduct design and code reviews, and provide technical leadership across projects.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure platform scalability and reliability.
- Support Agile delivery, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and technical documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Appian Certified Lead Developer or Appian Certified Senior Developer
- Experience with Appian Data Fabric
- Strong AWS implementation experience
- Experience integrating Appian with enterprise systems and cloud platforms
- Knowledge of enterprise security, governance, and cloud-native architecture
- Experience leading large-scale Appian digital transformation initiatives
