Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AI Evangelist to drive AI adoption across the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC). This is a highly hands-on role focused on embedding with engineering and product teams to demonstrate practical AI usage, establish repeatable best practices, and accelerate AI-driven transformation across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong coaching, enablement, and change leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner directly with engineering, product, QA, and platform teams to apply AI in real-world workflows
- Coach teams on effective usage of generative AI tools, automation frameworks, and AI-assisted development practices
- Define and operationalize:
- AI standards
- Prompt engineering conventions
- Reusable templates
- Reference architectures
- Best practices
- Build and deliver enablement assets including:
- Playbooks
- Workshops
- Training programs
- Hands-on coaching sessions
- Integrate AI capabilities into:
- IDEs
- CI/CD pipelines
- Testing frameworks
- Monitoring and operational platforms
- Drive rapid prototyping and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate business value
- Promote responsible AI practices including governance, compliance, security, and ethical AI usage
- Establish metrics to measure AI impact on engineering productivity and product outcomes
