Agentic AI Full Stack Technical Lead (.NET & React)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Full Stack Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-powered enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks, .NET technologies, ReactJS, and modern cloud-native architectures.

This role will be responsible for building intelligent agent-based applications that leverage LLMs, workflow orchestration, enterprise integrations, and human-in-the-loop processes. The candidate will lead a team of developers, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive technical decisions across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Solution Development

• Design and develop Agentic AI applications capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Build AI agents using modern GenAI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Implement multi-agent workflows, orchestration patterns, and tool integrations.
• Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications.
• Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions and AI-driven workflows.

Full Stack Development

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using .NET and ReactJS.
• Build secure RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.
• Implement reusable UI components and modern frontend architecture.

Architecture & Leadership

• Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Lead technical design reviews and architecture discussions.
• Mentor developers and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with solution architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

AI Integration & Automation

• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business workflows.
• Implement workflow automation and AI-driven decision support systems.
• Enable human-in-the-loop approval mechanisms where required.
• Optimize AI model performance, accuracy, and scalability.

DevOps & Cloud

• Support CI/CD implementation and deployment automation.
• Work with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Deploy and manage AI-powered applications in cloud environments.
• Ensure observability, monitoring, and operational excellence.
