Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is seeking a Staff Pharmacist for a community-focused outpatient pharmacy setting. POSITION OVERVIEW
This position supports daily pharmacy operations while working closely with the Pharmacy Director. The pharmacist will provide direct patient care, oversee medication management processes, guide pharmacy technicians, and contribute to operational efficiency and quality initiatives.
SCHEDULE
- Rotating schedule based on pharmacy hours of operation
- Monday through Friday 8am to 7pm
- Saturday and Sunday 9am to 7pm
- Evening shifts required
- Alternating weekends
COMPENSATION
- Competitive base salary (based on experience)
- Performance and operational bonus potential
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide direct patient-facing pharmacy services
- Oversee medication dispensing and safety protocols
- Guide and support pharmacy technicians
- Collaborate with Pharmacy Director on daily operations
- Assist with workflow optimization and system improvements
- Support financial stewardship and inventory management

- Eligible for pharmacist licensure in the state of Maine
- PharmD or Masters degree preferred
