POSITION OVERVIEW
- Executive healthcare leadership role overseeing physician practice operations across a growing regional health system
- Direct reporting relationship to the Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for operational, financial, and strategic performance of physician practices
- Lead physician practice management teams, market directors, and market managers supporting employed provider networks
- Drive physician integration, practice acquisitions, operational growth initiatives, EMR optimization, and performance improvement strategies
- Partner with executive leadership on organizational development, talent management, physician recruitment support, and long-range strategic planning
COMPENSATION
- Base salary: $130,000-$170,000 annually
- Relocation assistance available
SCHEDULE
- Full-time onsite executive leadership position
- Travel required within service area as needed
- Leadership oversight across physician practice network
ROLE
- Provide executive leadership for all physician practice management operations
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, strategic planning, and operational effectiveness
- Supervise physician practice management leaders and operational teams
- Support physician integration, acquisitions, and practice startups
- Drive EMR strategy, productivity initiatives, quality improvement, and operational excellence
- Develop leadership training, onboarding, and talent development programs
- Serve as liaison between hospital leadership, physician practices, and corporate physician services teams

- Bachelor's degree REQUIRED
- Graduate of a Health Care Management or Business Administration program REQUIRED
- Minimum 10 years of physician practice management experience REQUIRED
- Ability to relocate to Las Cruces, New Mexico within 45 days REQUIRED
- Executive-level physician practice operations experience REQUIRED
- Strong financial, operational, and strategic leadership skills REQUIRED
- Ability to travel within service area as needed REQUIRED
- Master's degree preferred
