POSITION OVERVIEW
- School-based outpatient behavioral health role supporting students and staff within integrated care environment
- Office located inside a high school with in-person counseling responsibilities
- Opportunity to provide occasional telehealth services to partner sites
- Collaborative integrated behavioral health structure with warm hand-offs alongside medical and pharmacy teams
- Predictable weekday schedule with no call responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Salary range: $62,400-$72,000 based on licensure and experience

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide counseling services for students and school staff within school-based setting
- Deliver in-person therapy services inside high school environment
- Provide occasional telehealth support to partner locations
- Collaborate closely with medical and pharmacy teams within integrated care model
- Participate in warm hand-offs and coordinated behavioral health support
- Maintain documentation and care coordination responsibilities within outpatient behavioral health environment
