- Flexible full-time scheduling with strong onboarding and mentorship support

- $50,000 sign-on bonus for partnership-eligible providers

- Flexible full-time outpatient schedule
- 5x8 shift structure
- Outpatient-only Family Medicine

- Quality improvement and interdisciplinary care participation
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Annual compensation range: $234,635.20–$267,624.00
- $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly
- Up to $44,000 annual production bonus potential
- $50,000 sign-on plus retention bonuses for partnership-eligible providers
- Alternative retention structure for non-partnership track providers
- $10,000 relocation reimbursement
- Additional $10,000 relocation assistance for parent or in-law
- 29 days paid time off including CME, holidays, and sick time

- $5,000 annual company credit card for licensing, DEA, CE, and equipment

- NHSC and federal loan repayment eligibility ranging from $75,000–$300,000
IDEAL BACKGROUND
- MD or DO with Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine
- Active California medical license or ability to obtain

- Comfortable managing outpatient primary care panels
