- Participate in recruiting campaigns, hiring events, and job fairs
- Support local community recruiting initiatives
CANDIDATE SCREENING & INTERVIEW COORDINATION
- Conduct initial candidate screenings
- Assess candidate qualifications, skills, experience, and career goals
- Create a positive and professional first impression for applicants
- Schedule interviews
