POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient Psychiatry role serving adult and pediatric patient populations
- Evidence-based behavioral health environment focused on long-term patient outcomes
- Stable weekday-only schedule designed for provider balance and continuity of care
- Collaborative outpatient structure with full support staff provided

COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $240,000 based on experience
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday schedule
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends required
- Outpatient-only practice environment
ROLE
- Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for adults and children
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage behavioral health conditions
- Develop patient-centered treatment plans within outpatient setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary behavioral health teams
- Support continuity of care and long-term treatment outcomes
