POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient Pediatrics role focused on preventive, acute, and chronic pediatric care from infancy through adolescence
- Flexible four- or five-day clinic schedules supporting provider work-life balance
- Mission-driven healthcare environment serving rural and underserved communities
- Dedicated 1:1 staffing support designed to optimize patient care and workflow efficiency
- Scenic western New York community offering outdoor recreation, close-knit neighborhoods, and slower-paced rural living
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $250,000 – $280,000 based on schedule
- Sign-on bonus available
- Relocation assistance available
- NHSC student loan repayment eligibility
SCHEDULE
- Flexible four- or five-day clinic schedule
- Outpatient-only practice setting
- No required weekends
- Optional weekend shifts available
- Approximately 5 phone-call only days monthly
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care for patients from infancy through adolescence
- Deliver preventative, chronic, and acute care services
- Coordinate continuity of care and specialty referrals
- Perform in-office procedures based on experience and preference
- Collaborate with dedicated 1:1 staffing support teams
- Utilize eClinicalWorks EMR for patient documentation
