Schedule & Responsibilities
- Clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Split time between clinic and hospital coverage
- Average patient volume goal of 20 patients per day
- Group averages 60–70 births per month
- On-call schedule: approximately 10 shifts per month (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation range: $280,000 – $347,500
- Billable hours compensation model based on experience

- $10,000 for out-of-state candidates
- $5,000 for in-state candidates
