POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient General Dentistry role within stable and structured community healthcare organization
- Bread-and-butter dentistry opportunity with full clinical and administrative support staff
- Stable weekday-only schedule designed to support work-life balance and continuity of care
- Community-focused practice emphasizing efficiency, patient relationships, and structured workflows
- Historic Central Pennsylvania location with access to Harrisburg and surrounding communities
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $165,000 – $180,000
- Student loan repayment eligibility up to $100,000
- Relocation assistance available up to $10,000
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Standard hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday late clinic: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- No weekends required
- No call responsibilities
ROLE
- Provide comprehensive outpatient general dentistry services
- Deliver preventative and restorative dental treatment plans
- Maintain patient-centered documentation and continuity of care
- Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and support staff
- Support accessible and community-focused oral healthcare services
