POSITION OVERVIEW
- Outpatient and community-based behavioral health role focused on emergency mental health and crisis intervention services
- Conduct crisis evaluations, intake assessments, and care coordination for clients across all age groups
- Collaborate with hospitals, community agencies, and interdisciplinary crisis teams to support continuity of care
- Opportunity to provide meaningful mental health support while maintaining autonomy in clinical decision-making
- Emporia location offering a stable community environment with strong behavioral health support systems
COMPENSATION
- Base Salary: $75,609 – $85,213 depending on experience and licensure
SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday schedule
- Full-time 40-hour work week
- Work across two nearby office locations
ROLE
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency behavioral health assessments
- Conduct intake evaluations and determine appropriate treatment recommendations
- Coordinate care with hospitals, law enforcement, schools, and community organizations
- Maintain timely EMR documentation and clinical records
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and case collaboration
- Support clients experiencing acute behavioral health crises across multiple care settings
