POSITION OVERVIEW
- Join an interdisciplinary PACE team dedicated to helping older adults remain independent while living safely in their homes.
- Deliver restorative and rehabilitative occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Provide care in both the PACE center and participant homes with a focus on maximizing independence, safety, and activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.
- Enjoy meaningful, long-term patient relationships instead of short-term rehabilitation episodes.
- Benefit from lower patient volumes and no after-hours documentation responsibilities.
COMPENSATION
- $74,880-$99,840 Annual Salary
- Comprehensive Benefits Package

- Associate's Degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant from an Accredited Program REQUIRED
- Active California Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) License REQUIRED
- Minimum Two Years of Clinical OTA Experience with a Frail or Geriatric Population REQUIRED
- Experience in Outpatient, Acute Care, Inpatient Rehabilitation, or Skilled Nursing Preferred
- Strong Understanding of Occupational Therapy Interventions for Older Adults REQUIRED
- Excellent Communication and Team Collaboration Skills REQUIRED
- Pediatric-Only Experience Will Not Be Considered
