Purple Basil, is a mobile restaurant and catering serving Italian inspired cuisine! We focus on two things, quality and freshness! We’re looking for someone who’s eager to learn fast, jump in and help us create delicious meals for our customers! If you want to step in and learn more about the mobile food business this is a great opportunity!
What you will do:
- Cook menu items with consistency based on Purple Basil standards.
- Assist in some prep of fresh ingredients
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Assist with mobile restaurant opening or closing operations
Qualifications:
- Prior experience is preferred but not required
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Basic knife skills
- Familiarity with food safety protocols, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and comfortable in hot or cold climate
- Obtain Food Handlers Certification within 30 days of hire

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
