This role supports both the Water Mitigation and Contents departments. The ideal candidate will handle everything from water extraction and demolition to pack-outs, cleaning, and documentation.Key Responsibilities:Respond to emergency calls for water, fire, or mold damage, including after-hours and weekend rotationsExtract water, set up drying equipment, and take moisture readingsPerform demolition, cleaning, and mold remediation following IICRC standardsInventory, pack-out, transport, and clean customer contentsAccurately complete job documentation, photos, and paperwork using job management platforms (MICA, DASH, Xactware, etc.)Communicate effectively with customers, project managers, adjusters, and TPAs regarding job status and approvalsWrite basic sketches and determine job scope as neededTrain new employees using the crawl, walk, run methodMaintain cleanliness and functionality of vehicles and equipmentAdhere to company policies and safety standards, including proper PPE useQualifications & Skills:Minimum one year of restoration experience requiredConstruction knowledge is required (basic understanding of building materials, tools, and repair methods)IICRC WRT Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)Experience using Mitigate, MICA, DASH, or Xactware preferredMust live within the offices service area and participate in on-call rotation (nights, weekends, holidays)Valid drivers license with an insurable driving recordMust pass background screening (biennially), drug screening, and pre-employment physicalPhysically able to lift 80 lbs, bend, kneel, and work in confined spacesEffective communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing conditionsFamiliarity with hand tools and smartphone/tablet technologyWillingness to obtain additional IICRC certifications for professional growthCompensation & Benefits:$20$25 per hour, depending on experienceAfter-hours bonusesOn-the-job training and opportunities for advancementUniforms provided and reimbursedPaid Time Off (PTO)Health, dental, and vision insurance
