We are seeking a seasoned Construction Technician with a heavy emphasis on drywall. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the trades and be capable of independently completing work to professional standards. A skills test will be required.

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Technician with a heavy emphasis on drywall. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in the trades and be capable of independently completing work to professional standards. A skills test will be required.
Required Skills (included but not limited to – drywall is the priority):
- Drywall (primary skill): Must be highly skilled at hanging drywall (walls & ceilings), taping, mudding, texturing, and matching existing textures with precision.
- Painting & Staining: Interior walls, ceilings, trim.
- Finish Carpentry: Install casing, baseboard, doors with clean and accurate cuts.
- Plumbing: Install/reinstall fixtures.
- Insulation: Proper installation to code.
- Must have and maintain your own tools to perform the above trades.
- Reliable transportation for carrying tools and materials to job sites.
- Ability to lift 80 lbs.
- Must pass and maintain a satisfactory background check, insurable driving record, pre-employment drug screening, and pre-employment physical.
