PuroClean Property Restoration Services – Lee’s Summit, MO
PuroClean Property Restoration Services (PuroClean) is a growing company located in Lee’s Summit, MO in search of a full-time Restoration Lead Technician looking to grow their career opportunities. PuroClean, is in the emergency business specializing in Water/Fire/Mold/Bio-Hazard that serves the greater Kansas City Area. It requires immediate responsiveness, with an eye for detail, knowledge of building components and how buildings are structurally put together. Deadlines must be met for program losses as well as the customer. The Restoration Lead Technician is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific programs and projects. Must be willing to work outside of "regular" business hours when necessary (after hours and weekends are on a rotating on call basis).
Compensation will be hourly, based on experience and knowledge and negotiated at time of hiring. Bonus structure for after hours and weekend emergency responses.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- IICRC WRT/ASD Certifications required. IICRC FSRT/AMRT Certifications also preferred.
- 3 or more years’ experience in water & mold mitigation with a thorough knowledge of water mitigation and the dry-down processes
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Possession of current driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Must pass background check (no felony convictions and no misdemeanor convictions for violent offenses or loss or property).
- General knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Strong Integrity and dependability.

- Document service and installation actions by completing forms, take moisture readings, logs, and record file details of all projects.
- Lead the planning and implementation of mitigation projects.
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
- Be able to climb stairs, scaffold and ladders.
- Be able to crawl through attics and crawlspaces as needed.
- Prepare trucks and equipment for emergencies.
- Be able to bend, squat, lift frequently and lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Ability to be part of an on-call emergency rotation. (After hours and weekends are on a rotating on call basis).
- Occasionally work in temperatures above 100 degrees or below 32 degrees.
- Occasionally work on slippery or uneven surfaces.
- Understand the noise level in the work environment is frequently loud.
- Work in environments such as smoke, wind, water, Category 2 and 3 water, fire, etc.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
