Responsibilities for Water, Fire and Mold Technician:
- Inspect damaged property
- Physically remove building materials that cannot be saved (e.g. drywall, flooring, insulation)
- Physically stage equipment
- Load and unload company vehicle
- Must be able to drive company vehicle
- Must have ability to document work performed
- Must maintain consistent direct customer contact that is courteous and respectful

- IICRC Certifications WRT, ASD, and/or AMRT a plus but not required
- Experience in construction, mitigation, or restoration a plus but not required
- 1-year experience in Water Fire Mold Mitigation a plus but not required
