Role Description

PuroClean of Nanuet is seeking a full-time Lead Restoration Technician for our on-site location in Nanuet, NY. This role involves performing water damage and fire damage restoration services, mold mitigation, and structural drying. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining and operating restoration equipment, inspecting properties to assess damage, documenting findings, and effectively communicating with clients and team members. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring that high-quality services are delivered in a timely manner while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Water Damage and Water Damage Restoration methodologies
• Experience with Mitigation techniques and Mold Remediation
• Strong Communication skills for interaction with clients, team members, and insurance representatives
• Knowledge of Invasive Species and an ability to identify and manage their impact during restoration
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead a team
• Physical ability to perform restoration duties, including lifting and handling equipment
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Industry certifications such as IICRC Water Damage Restoration or Applied Structural Drying are a plus
