PuroClean, a leader in emergency property restoration services, helps families and businesses overcome devastating setbacks caused by water, fire, mold, biohazard, and other property damage situations.
We are currently expanding our operations not only in the Harrisburg area but across the entire state of Pennsylvania (PA). This includes service coverage, management support, and marketing and social media development to strengthen brand awareness and growth in 2026.
Responsibilities:
- Have fun and maintain a positive team culture
- Build strong relationships with current and potential clients and industry professionals such as commercial property managers, facility managers, insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, lawyers, and real estate agents
- Attend networking events, industry functions, and perform cold calling as needed
- Utilize CRM and marketing tools (Luxor CRM) to manage contacts, send email campaigns, and track leads, referrals, and sales activity
- Develop sales knowledge by understanding production, estimating, and all aspects of the PuroClean business
- Build brand awareness, promote the “One Team” culture, and support community involvement and growth initiatives, including social media marketing
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with genuine interest in people
- Ability to ask open-ended questions and clearly deliver the company message
- Talent in building strong client relationships and creating win-win opportunities
- Comfortable with appointments, lunch-and-learns, and public speaking at community events
- Respect for safety standards and brand identity guidelines
- Professional appearance and strong integrity in a sales environment
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation:
- Salary plus commission structure available
- Commission opportunities based on performance and growth contributions
