Responsibilities
- Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification to prevent further property deterioration
- Conduct fire restoration activities such as debris removal, soot cleaning, and odor control to restore affected areas
- Execute mold remediation procedures following industry standards to eliminate mold growth safely and effectively
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for demolition, cleaning, and construction tasks during restoration projects
- Clean and prepare affected areas using carpet cleaning equipment and other specialized tools to restore cleanliness
- Support construction or repair work as needed to return properties to their pre-loss condition
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as construction or cleaning is highly preferred
- Knowledge of water damage restoration, fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and abatement procedures
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and general sanitation practices preferred but not required
- Excellent physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is often required for travel between job sites
- Certifications in restoration industry standards or safety training are a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided
- Able to pass a criminal background check, no felonies.

Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour
