Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive mitigation plans to address potential risks related to safety, environmental hazards, and operational disruptions.
- Supervise teams responsible for cleaning, janitorial tasks, laundry services, and custodial duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across facilities.
- Lead and manage staff involved in hotel housekeeping management and commercial cleaning projects, ensuring efficient workflows and quality service delivery.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify areas requiring mitigation measures or enhanced cleaning protocols.
- Coordinate with management teams to develop training programs focused on safety procedures, cleaning standards, and emergency response protocols.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations, including hospitality industry standards and janitorial best practices.
- Foster a culture of leadership within your team by supervising staff performance, providing coaching, and encouraging professional development.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience in cleaning services, custodial management, or hospitality environments.
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively in fast-paced settings.
- Required
- 3 years water mitigation / restoration experience
Preferred
- IICRC WRT (ASD, AMRT, FSRT a plus)
- Experience in project management or leadership roles
- Background in construction or trades
- Experience managing job profitability
- Experience leading technicians in the field
- Experience (Xactimate or similar)
- Ability to operate independently and manage projects
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver’s license
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
