Responsibilities:
- Daily documentation of any type of communication, work performed, via photos and written through our software to staff and insurance carriers.
- Ability to gain customers' trust and get the work signed by explaining our process, managing and answering all customer's questions.
- 24/7 Emergency response at customers requests performing necessary tasks.
- Work closely with the production team, office staff and supervisors.
- Ensure client satisfaction. Always have the yes ma’am attitude we can help you with that.
