Location: 82 Leroy Road, Williston, VT
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Crew Lead to join our team! If you take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy hands-on work, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist operations manager with job delegation, oversight, and quality control
- Inspect, set up, and operate restoration equipment safely and efficiently.
- Identify and assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Maintain and clean company equipment after each use.
- Always ensure excellent customer service and professionalism.
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures.
- Assist with scheduling and documenting completed jobs.
- Perform minor maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Restoration is a plus (training provided).
- Running a team of individuals is a must.
- Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Requires after-hours and some on-call support.
