What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Technician, you’ll be the point person on mitigation jobs and help drive quality, speed, and professionalism.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead water mitigation, mold remediation, and fire/smoke cleanups
- Run job sites with structure, urgency, and accountability
- Set equipment properly (air movers, dehus, containment, etc.)
- Monitor drying progress and document correctly
- Communicate clearly with homeowners, adjusters, and our internal team
- Train and support technicians to improve performance and consistency
- Keep jobs moving forward — no chaos, no shortcuts

Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license clean driving record
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work in crawlspaces/attics when needed
- Strong communication and professionalism with customers
- Comfortable with after-hours/on-call rotation (as required)
