We are seeking a motivated and organized Contents Lead Technician who wants to lead people, take ownership of projects, and grow within a fast-paced restoration company that believes in teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
What This Role Is
As a Contents Lead Technician, you will lead the contents side of restoration projects from start to finish. You will help coordinate pack-outs, inventories, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs while serving as a leader for your team and a trusted point of contact for customers.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate contents pack-outs, inventories, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs
- Communicate professionally with customers, adjusters, and internal project teams
- Create and maintain accurate digital inventories and job documentation
- Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
- Help train and mentor contents technicians
- Maintain organization and accountability throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure proper handling, protection, and transportation of customer belongings
