What This Role Is
As a Contents Lead Technician, you will own the contents portion of the job from start to finish. You are the leader on site, the primary customer contact, and the person responsible for quality, documentation, safety, and team performance.
You are not just doing the work—you are setting the standard.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and coordinate pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs
- Communicate clearly with customers, adjusters, and internal teams
- Manage digital inventories and job documentation (no shortcuts)
- Hold technicians accountable to quality, safety, and professionalism
- Ensure jobs meet insurance carrier timelines and documentation standards
