Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our groundskeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty, health, and safety of outdoor landscapes across various properties. Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and attractive appearance.
- Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently.
- Conduct groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, soil aeration, and planting new greenery as needed.
- Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Requirements
- Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices.
- Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and basic repair of landscaping equipment and power tools.
- Familiarity with horticulture principles including plant identification, lawn care, gardening, and tree trimming.
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods.
