ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Verify that accounts are cleaned as expressed in contracts
- Ensure the quality of the work is to our standards
- Work with other staff to make sure that every account is staffed
PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT
- Train custodial staff to perform their assignments effectively, efficiently, and safely
- Evaluate work performance
- Administrative duties pertaining to staff
CLIENT RELATIONS
- Proactively build and maintain great relationships with clients
- Professionally and proactively address client complaints in a timely manner
- Represent the company professionally
SUPPLIES MANAGEMENT
- Maintain equipment at accounts
- Ensure janitor closets are clean
- Partner with other staff in the ordering and delivery of supplies
MUST be willing to occasionally travel to Kalispell, Polson, Thompson Falls, and Alberton
