• WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of Puritan Cleaners for our customers.

You'll:

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, helpful service at the counter
• Listen to customers and understand their cleaning and garment-care needs
• Carefully inspect and detail garments so orders are processed quickly and accurately
• Answer questions and help resolve customer concerns
• Make sure garments are properly identified, processed, and prepared for cleaning
• Keep the counter and store organized and running smoothly
• Build relationships with customers and create an experience that keeps them coming back

Qualifications:

• Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.
• Community-oriented and dependable.
• Attention to detail and a neat appearance.
• Available for alternate weekend shifts and mornings/afternoons.
• Willingness to learn and support others.
• Retail/customer service experience is a plus but not required—training is provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and garment handling.
• Occasional sitting, climbing stairs, kneeling, and stooping.
