Role Description The Retail Associate role is a full-time, on-site position located in Barnstable County, MA. In this role, the Retail Associate greets customers, provides attentive assistance, and supports a welcoming store environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include helping customers select merchandise, answering product questions, and ensuring a personalized shopping experience. The Retail Associate also assists with inventory tasks such as receiving, tagging, and replenishing stock, maintaining organized displays, and supporting store cleanliness and visual standards. This role works closely with team members to support store operations, handle transactions accurately at the register, and uphold Puritan’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
