With an unrivaled toolbox of technologies, PURIS has the RIGHT solution for each project.Job Summary:The Mechanic will complete all repairs, preventative maintenance, programmed repairs and facility repairs to be in compliance with equipment/ facility reliability and standards. Maintenance mechanic will report any foreseeable problems to the Shop Manager.Essential Job Accountabilities:General mechanical knowledge including pumps, hydraulics and electricalBasic welding knowledge and experienceGood assembly skillsExperience with preventative maintenance programsBasic intermediate computer skillsExperience with work order executionHas own basic toolsExperience with safety trainingFacility repair experience.Keep up with training and process needs, requirements.Problem solve and root case diagnosisCommunicates well and works in clean orderly mannerDiagnose and manage employees projectsSchedule repairs and maintenance of equipmentOther duties as assignedWork afternoon shift and overtime when available.Education:High school diploma or equivalent Trade education in industrial mechanics (preferred)Additional Requirements/Skills:Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience with industrial mechanical repairs.Heavy truck repair experience. Must have Preventative Maintenance system experience.Possess own basic hand tools. Must be able to work in closed and open environments.
